Business Development Manager (UK & EU Accounting)
Location - Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-Site Role)
Saturday and Sunday are week off days.
Work Timings - 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (UK Shift)
Roles And Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Development Manager – UK & EU Accounting to join our onsite team in Ahmedabad. The role focuses on expanding our client base in the United Kingdom and European markets, particularly among accounting firms and businesses seeking outsourced financial services. The ideal candidate should have experience in international business development, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of UK/EU accounting practices.
- Identify, approach, and convert prospective clients in the UK and EU for offshore accounting services.
- Build and nurture relationships with accounting firms, CFOs, finance managers, and business owners.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored accounting outsourcing solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to create proposals, pricing, and service plans.
- Attend virtual meetings, webinars, and international events to promote services.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and report regularly on progress and forecasts.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Key Requirements
- 4–6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in accounting, finance, or outsourcing services.
- Strong knowledge of UK and EU accounting processes (bookkeeping, VAT, payroll, etc.).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in international client acquisition, especially UK/EU regions.
- Comfortable working in UK/EU time zones when required.
- Ability to work onsite in Ahmedabad.
Qualifications
- Experience working with UK or EU-based accounting firms or businesses.
- Familiarity with accounting software like Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, or FreeAgent.
- Strong LinkedIn networking and lead generation skills.
- CRM experience for pipeline and lead tracking.
