HR Executive
Location - Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-Site Role)
Saturday and Sunday are week off days.
Work Timings - 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (UK Shift)
Roles And Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the recruitment process efficiently while also contributing to other HR functions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions within the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate assessment activities to evaluate candidate’s qualifications.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and conducting orientation sessions.
- Support HR operations including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organizational culture.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment software.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
